Characteristic Groups
The Characteristic Group view object consolidates information for the characteristic group, such as group code, group name, start date, end date, and so on.

| CharacteristicGroupBasePEOStartDateActive | Start date from which the characteristic group is active. Default value is 01 Jan 2008. |
