Review and Edit Sustainability Lookups

Use the Manage Sustainability Lookups task to add or edit values of standard lookups that are available in Oracle Fusion Cloud Sustainability. Editing these lookups is optional.

Oracle Sustainability comes with a set of predefined lookups. Depending on the configuration level of lookups, you can edit or remove existing lookups, or add new ones. Oracle recommends that you review the lookups and edit them if required. Otherwise, skip this topic.

Before you start

To perform this procedure, you must be assigned a role to access the Manage Sustainability Lookups task.

To review and edit lookups:

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Sustainability Lookups task:
    • Offering: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management, Product Management, or Procurement
    • Functional Area: Sustainability
  2. On the Manage Sustainability Lookups page, click Search.

    All the standard lookups that come predefined with Oracle Sustainability are displayed.

  3. Examine the search results to review the lookups.

  4. Select the lookup type you want to review or edit. The corresponding lookup codes are displayed in the section following the search results.

  5. (Optional) Edit the lookup as desired, and then click Save and Close.

Tip: If you plan to use invoice classification, then in the Sustainability Measure Types lookup, don’t disable or change the start or end dates for the “Amount” and “Quantity” measure types.
