Review and Edit Sustainability Lookups

Use the Manage Sustainability Lookups task to add or edit values of standard lookups that are available in Oracle Fusion Cloud Sustainability. Editing these lookups is optional.

Oracle Sustainability comes with a set of predefined lookups. Depending on the configuration level of lookups, you can edit or remove existing lookups, or add new ones. Oracle recommends that you review the lookups and edit them if required. Otherwise, skip this topic.

ORA_SUS_ACT_PROCESS_MODE	Modes for Process Sustainability Activities Scheduled Process	Processing modes for the Process Sustainability Activities scheduled process. Values are Post to ledger and Validate.	System
ORA_SUS_ACT_STATUS	Sustainability Activity Status	Status of the activity record. Values are Draft, Posted, and Canceled.	System
ORA_SUS_CAL_MODE	Calculation Mode	Calculation mode. Values are Using matched factors, Manual entry of factors, and Manual entry of emissions.	System
ORA_SUS_DATA_QUALITY	Data Quality Indicator	The accuracy of an activity’s measures or the emission factors used to calculate emissions. Predefined values are High confidence, Moderate confidence, and Low confidence.	User
ORA_SUS_EMISSION_TYPES	Sustainability Emission Types	Greenhouse gases and other substances such as air pollutants that are emitted by activities such as fuel combustion. Several predefined emission types such as Carbon dioxide, Methane, and Nitrous oxide.	User
ORA_SUS_ENTRY_TYPE	Entry Type	Type of entry for the record. Values are Standard and Adjustment.	System
ORA_SUS_MEASURE_TYPES	Sustainability Measure Types	Measure types associated with an activity. Predefined values are Quantity, Distance, and Amount.	User
ORA_SUS_MSG_LEVEL_CODE	Validation Message Level	Level of severity for a validation message. For example, the message could convey an error, a warning, or information.	System
ORA_SUS_MSG_SUM_CODE	Validation Message Summary	Summary of the validation message.	System
ORA_SUS_PERIOD_STATUSES	Sustainability Period Status	Statuses of sustainability Periods. For example, Open or Closed.	System
ORA_SUS_SCOPES	Scope	Emission scopes defined by the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. Values are Scope 1, Scope 2 location-based, Scope 2 market-based, and Scope 3.	System
ORA_SUS_SCOPE_CATEGORIES	Scope Category	Category under which scope 3 emissions are reported. The 15 categories defined by the Greenhouse Gas Protocol are provided – for example, Purchased goods and services and Waste generated in operations.	System
ORA_SUS_SOURCE_TYPE	Sustainability Activity Source	Source of the activity record. Predefined values are Manual entry, External, Payable Invoice, and File-based data import.	Extension

Before you start

To perform this procedure, you must be assigned a role to access the Manage Sustainability Lookups task.

To review and edit lookups:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Sustainability Lookups task:
   • Offering: Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management, Product Management, or Procurement
   • Functional Area: Sustainability

2. On the Manage Sustainability Lookups page, click Search.

   All the standard lookups that come predefined with Oracle Sustainability are displayed.

3. Examine the search results to review the lookups.

4. Select the lookup type you want to review or edit. The corresponding lookup codes are displayed in the section following the search results.

5. (Optional) Edit the lookup as desired, and then click Save and Close.

Tip: If you plan to use invoice classification, then in the Sustainability Measure Types lookup, don’t disable or change the start or end dates for the “Amount” and “Quantity” measure types.
