View Index Rebuild Status

You can view the status of the index rebuild process on the Index Management page.

The status is displayed as a badge within the card that represents the object.

The following status is displayed:

• New: Initially displayed when the index isn’t built yet.
• Edited: Attributes have been added or removed from the index and the changes are saved, but the Rebuild process hasn't been run.
• Building: Displayed when the rebuild process is in-progress.
• Ready: Displayed when the rebuild process is complete and can be used for searching.
• Fail: Displayed when the rebuild process isn’t successful.

You can view the percentage of completion for the index rebuild process on the Index Management page.

The percentage is displayed as a value within the card that represents the object. Click the Refresh icon in the lower right corner of the card to refresh the displayed percentage.
