No, ASN number must be unique for same supplier and same ship-to organization.

If you create an ASN number that already exists in the same supplier and same ship-to organization, you’ll receive the following error:

A shipment with the number (shipment number) already exists. Enter a unique number.

You can create an ASN with the same ASN number when:

• The supplier is same but ship-to organization is different.
• Ship-to organization is same but supplier is different.

Note: You can’t create an ASN with the same ASN number between same supplier but different supplier site with same ship-to organization.
