Predefined KPIs
TheMaintenance Execution landing page shows these pre-defined KPIs:
- My current assignments: This is the number of work order assets for the selected organization context that have a planned start date on or before today that are assigned to the logged in user. Today’s date is determined by the user’s timezone specified in their regional preference. Work orders included in this metric have system statuses that are not Canceled, Closed, or Completed.
- My future assignments: This is the number of work order assets for the selected organization context that are assigned to the logged in user and have a planned start date after today, within the number of days specified by the profile option, Future Maintenance Work Orders Range in Days (ORA_MNT_LANDING_PAGE_FUTURE_WO_METRICS_HORIZON). The default value for this profile option is 30 days and can be set at either a site or user level. Today’s date is determined by the user’s timezone specified in their regional preference. Work orders included in this metric have system statuses that are not Canceled, Closed, or Completed. You can use business rules to hide this KPI on the page.

Saved Searches on the Maintenance Execution Landing Page
After you select a pre-defined KPI on the landing page, the results table shows a set of relevant work order assets. You can further reduce the result set using the filters or keyword search.
You can save frequently used criteria and filter settings for quick access. You can create both personal and shared search configurations and set a default saved context or select a saved context for future searches.
