Generate Object Instance Report

You can generate the instance report for an object from the Search Teams page to view which users have access to the object. For example, item.

Here’s how you generate the instance report for an item:

1. Navigate to the Search Teams page.
2. Select Generate Object instance Report from Actions menu.
3. In the Generate object instance report drawer:
   1. Object Type: Select Item.
   2. Select the items for which you want to generate the and click the + (plus) icon.
   3. Click Generate.

      The job ID appears.

4. Navigate to Scheduled Processes Page.
5. Search for Generate Oracle Analytics Publisher Report and download the report.
6. In the report download the attachment TeamsItemInstanceReport.
