Publish Spoke System Immediately

To publish the spoke system data immediately:

1. On the Manage Spoke System page, select one or more spoke systems that you want to publish immediately.
2. From the Actions menu, click Publish Now.
   The Publish Now dialog box is displayed.
3. Specify the following options based on your requirement:
   • Publish Items: Select Yes to publish items. Otherwise, select No.
   • Publish Item Classes: Select Yes to publish item classes. Otherwise, select No
   • Publish Catalogs: Select Yes to publish catalogs. Otherwise, select No
   • Publish Trading Partner Items: Select Yes to publish trading partner items. Otherwise, select No.
   • Publish All Records: Select Yes to publish all records. Otherwise, select No.
   • Publish from Date: Select the date from when the records must be included for publish.
   • Publish to Date: Select the date until when the records must be included for publish.
   • Process Sequentially: Specifies the publication jobs to run sequentially when there's more than one job. Otherwise, the jobs run in parallel with each other. Select Yes to process the records sequentially. Otherwise, select No.
   • Generate XSD: Indicates whether a XSD file will be created for the item publication.
   • Purge History: Select this option only when you've to publish the deleted item data. Otherwise, don't select this option. For more information, see Purge Publication History Records for Spoke System.
     Note: You can't run the Purge History operation if you've selected Yes for any of the other parameters in the Product Hub Publication Job scheduled process.
4. Click Submit.
   The confirmation message is displayed with the process ID.
