Update Prompts Using the HCM Experience Design Studio Tool

You can create a formatted change summary using Generative AI on workflow objects, such as change orders and change requests.

For the automated generation of prompts to appear when you click the Generate button, you must first provide the prompt instructions.

You can use the HCM Experience Design Studio tool to update the prompts. The generation of the Change Approval Summary using Gen AI is enabled by default.

Note: To disable the Generate button, set the predefined profile option ORA_ACA_WORKFLOW_GENAI_FORMAT_DESC to No.
Follow the steps listed here to update the seeded prompts:
  1. Create a sandbox.
  2. Select the HCM Experience Design Studio tool.
  3. Navigate to HCM Experience Design Studio tool.
  4. Click AI Configurator.
  5. Search for Redline Summary.
  6. In the Seeded Prompts section, select Override for the Redline Summary Prompt.
  7. Update the prompt then select Save.
Note:
  • To override a prompt you require the HCM Experience Design Studio (HRC_ACCESS_HCM_TRANSACTION_CONFIGURATOR) privilege.
  • Response time of the prompt will depend on the number of attributes, including descriptive and extensible flexfields, number of affected items, and redlines.
