You're a large multinational manufacturing company. You use Oracle Cost Management to maintain your item costs. Item costs are used for various reasons. Some common ones include exporting costs to spreadsheets or data warehouses for doing various types of analysis. Other use cases include importing transactions to calculate the actual or average costs in Oracle Fusion and then exporting for downstream analysis. Usually, this scenario demands: Extraction of large volume of raw data from Oracle Cost Management in a very short time. In an on-going mode, the Oracle Cost Management data extraction should be incremental, periodic, and automated. The extracted file should be available in a secure storage for further processing.	Outbound	Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) can be used to perform data extraction by accessing the public view objects (PVOs).	Publications isn't recommended for this use case.
