Links Item Relationship

You can create links item relationship for a document that includes links to other documents, items, change orders, change requests, problem reports, corrective actions, concepts, ideas, items, proposals, and quality actions.

To create a links item relationship:

1. In the Links section, click the Add icon.

   The Create link drawer is displayed.

2. Select the Object Type:
   • Change
   • Concept
   • Concept Component
   • Corrective action
   • Idea
   • Item
   • Problem Report
   • Project Task
3. For Name, select the item you want to link to.
4. Select the Relationship Type:
   • Fulfills
   • Fulfilled by
   • Impacts
   • Impacted by
   • Verifies
   • Verified by
   • Validates
   • Validated by
   • Tracks
   • Tracked by
5. Click Create.

   The links item relationship is created and displayed in the Links section.
