Manage Item Associations

You can add, edit, and delete the assigned organizations for an item.

To manage the associated organizations for an item:

  1. In the Product Management work area, search for and access the item whose associations you want to manage.
  2. Click the Associations tab.
  3. To assign an organization:
    1. Click the Add icon.
      The Add associations drawer is displayed.
    2. Select the Organization that you want to assign to the item.
    3. From Apply Templates, select the templates you want to apply to the item.
      Note: You can’t edit any attribute value.
    4. Click Add.
      The selected organization is assigned to the item and is displayed on the Associations tab.
  4. To edit an assigned organization, click the Edit icon in the Action column.
  5. To delete an assigned organization, select the organization that you want to delete and click Delete.
  6. Click Save at the page level to save the changes for the item.
