More Actions When Creating or Editing an Item

You can do the following when creating or editing an item using the More Actions icon at the top of the item page:

• Assign the item to Change Order
• Assign the item to Change Request
• Apply Templates: Select and apply additional templates for the item.
• Spotlight: Adds the item to the Spotlight tab in the Navigator.
• Send Object: Send the item to specific users based on their role along with a message.
• Download Attachments: Download attachments associated with the item individually or all attachments in a single file.
