Generate Electronic Records
Use the Generate Electronic Records scheduled process to create electronic records for transactions and setups requiring an e-signature.
When to Use
This process is launched internally to create an electronic record when an E-Signature flow is carried out for a transaction in the application. The process generates e-records for the transaction that resulted in error.

Troubleshooting Information
- You can view the status of the Generate Electronic Records in the Scheduled Processes work area.
- The validation errors and warning messages that prevented the generation of records are displayed in the error log.
- Any interactive warning validations are NOT performed.
- When the program is submitted, you can Resubmit, Put on Hold, Cancel Process, Release Process as provided by the Scheduled Processes work area.
