Use the Supplier Portal to View and Update Kanban Cards on the Supplier Side

Suppliers can use the supplier portal in Procurement to view and print supplier Kanban cards. Suppliers can update the cards once the material is shipped.

  1. Log in to the Redwood supplier portal as the supplier.
  2. Click Kanban on the home page.
    The Kanban Cards page lists the supplier Kanban cards replenished at the customer end. You can only see In Process Kanban cards for your supplier cards. You cannot see Kanban cards for the other suppliers.
  3. To print Kanban card, select one or more card rows and click Print.
  4. Once you have shipped the material, to update the status of Kanban cards for which you have shipped the material, select one or more rows and click Mark as In Transit.
    The Supply Status column updates to In transit for the selected rows.
