View Revision-Specific Values for Items in Pending Revisions
When you select the revision of an item, the content is displayed with or without the redlines, depending on whether the revision is in the past, current, pending, or future state.
- The Guide Me button appears when you configure the Page Properties for guided journeys in a structure.
- You can configure guided journeys for structures that will let you provide relevant instructions or guides to create or modify the structure.
You can select Edit in Change Order from the Actions menu of a pending revision within the appropriate change order context to edit a pending revision. When you select an item revision, your ability to edit and see redlines depends on whether the revision is:

- Past – The revision is read-only and doesn’t show redlines.
- Future Effective – The revision is read-only and shows redlines until the change becomes effective.
