Edit Measure Filters for Pivot Tables and Graphs

This topic explains how you can edit measure filters for your user-defined pivot table or graph in your demand, demand and supply, replenishment, sales and operations, or supply plan.

Note: You can edit measure filters for predefined pivot tables or graphs, but you can't save them.

1. In the Selector Tool for your pivot table or graph, click the Measure Filters tab.
2. In the Criteria section, do one of the following:
   • To add a criterion, click the Add Row icon.

     To know how to specify information for the criterion, see the topic titled Create Measure Filters for Pivot Tables and Graphs.

     Note: The value of the And or Or field is defaulted to the value for the first criterion and can't be changed. If your selected measure in the Measure field for the first criterion has the Time dimension, you can select only AND in the And or Or field.
   • To edit a criterion, select it.

     You can change your selections or values for the fields.

     For the first criterion, if you change your selection in the Measure field to a measure that doesn't include the Time dimension and change the selection to OR in the And or Or field, the remaining criteria will be reset if they're for measures that have the Time dimension.

     You can deselect a dimension that was selected by default or change the selected hierarchy and level of the dimension.

     To enable a dimension for a criterion, select the checkbox, and select a hierarchy and level.

   • To delete a criterion, click the Delete icon.
3. To apply your changes without saving them, and view the pivot table or graph, click Apply and Close.
   To save your changes, and return to the Measures tab in the Selector Tool, click Save.

   To save your changes, and view the changed pivot table or graph, click Save and Close.
