How can I define the default maintenance organization?
Define the default maintenance organization using the Manage Administrator Profile Values task in the Setup and Maintenance work area. This profile option provides defaulting when you navigate to the Maintenance Management landing page. If not set, then no organization will be defaulted and no work order results will be displayed on the page. Select ORA_RCS_DEFAULT_MNT_ORG on the Manage Administrator Profile Values page.
Also, it's recommended to define the same profile at the User level so that maintenance users have an organization context set when rendering the Maintenance Management Landing page as well as any direct navigation to maintenance pages that have an organization context.
