Review Landed Cost Process Errors

Use the Landed Cost Process Errors page to review and resolve any errors that might occur while running landed cost processes. You can filter and review errors for a particular process ID or run control. For each error, you can view details such as the procurement BU, run control name, process ID, process name, and error date. Upon drilling down into an error, you can review the cause of the error and the possible corrective action required.

You can also review the trade operation charge lines that led to an error. For each erroneous charge line, details such as the trade operation name and number, charge line name and number, and the run control name and process ID of the last run are displayed. You can navigate to a particular charge line and update its record as required to resolve the issue.

You can also export all error details and charge line details to a spreadsheet for offline review.

To review landed cost process errors:
  1. In the Receipt Accounting work area, select Landed Cost Process Errors from the Quick actions menu.
  2. To view the errors, use the keyword search or filters like Run Control or Process ID.

    Use the Error, Warning, or Information contextual filters if you want to filter down the records further. You can view error data only for the business units you've access to.

  3. Click the message link for the error you want to drill down into.
  4. Review the message details and the charge lines in error, on the Landed Cost Process Error Details page.
  5. Click the trade operation name to drill down into the charge line in error.
  6. To resolve the issue, you can update the record as required.
