Access Predefined Views

To access the predefined views:

1. In the Product Management work area, click Views under Actions. Also, in the News Feed page, you can click the Show More link and click Views within the Configure application group.

   The View Management page is displayed. Each object that supports a view is displayed as a card on this page.

2. Click the card associated with the object for which you want to view the predefined view.

   The Views page displays all the views for the object. You can search for views by typing a search term for a specific view name, application, or task flow. Use filters for application, task flow, default, or view type to quickly filter the views in the list.

Available Predefined Views

The available predefined views are:

• If you’re new to Product Management, the following predefined views are available:
  • Product Management Search
  • Mass Item Update View
  • Structure Component Picker
  • Formula component Picker
• If other Oracle Fusion Cloud: Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications enable their attribute sets in Configure Index-> Enable attribute Sets, then the following predefined views are available:
  • Inventory Management Search: Inventory Management
  • Sales Order Item Search: Order Management
  • Purchasing Item Search: Purchasing
  • Related Item Relationship Picker: Product Management
  • Self Service Procurement Item Search: Self Service Procurement
  • Workflow Affected Item Picker: Product Management
  • Service Logistics Item Search: Service Logistics
  • Supply Chain Orchestration Item Search: Supply Chain Orchestration
  • Purchase Agreement Item search: Procurement
  • Purchasing Parent Item Picker: Procurement
  • Purchasing Top Model Item Picker: Procurement
• If you upgrade to update 25D, the predefined views for the Product Development and Product Information Management work areas (that are no longer being used) are displayed:
  • Product Hub Search
  • Product Development Search
