Generate Workflow Summary Report

You can generate a summary report for the workflow.

From the Actions menu on the workflow, click Generate Summary Report.

Here are some details on the report:

• You can only see items for which you've one of the following permissions: Discover, View, or Manage. The report displays only workflow attributes. To access redline-related data, you must navigate directly to the affected object.
• In the report for change orders, you can now review change line context descriptive flexfields.
• The reports for problem reports and corrective actions will show up the duplicate entries of affected objects as separate rows.

Note: The Generate Summary Report action will honor the access control list only when it’s launched from Redwood.

Secure OTBI Report in Workflows

You can access workflow-related data in OTBI reports based on the View or Manage permissions assigned to you. The following workflow subject areas are now secured using access control lists:
