Business Events for Service Logistics
Oracle Service Logistics raises several business events that you can configure and use for outbound integration with third-party applications or for executing business-specific processes on a specific event occurrence.
Key Features
- Used only for outbound integrations.
- Business events notify external systems, initiate workflows, or raise custom logic through integrations defined in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware.
Best Practices
It's recommended that you use Oracle Service Logistics REST APIs with business events to get detailed information about the Service Logistics business objects that the integrating application requires.
