The following table details the privileges and functions available for different roles.

You can create custom roles that can be made up of various privileges.

For example, if you want to provide a user with a role that allows read-only access to review the recall task progress and trace details for the recalled parts but not create or update a recall notice or task, then:

1. Create a custom role with these privileges:

   • Recall Management Console Inquiry

   • View Recall Trace Details and Tasks

   • View Inventory Organizations List of Values by Web Service

   • View Inventory Organization Parameters List of Values by Web Service

   • View Subinventory and Locator List of Values by Web Service
   • Get Enterprise Structures Using REST Service

2. Assign that custom role to the user.
