Kanban Replenishment Order Consolidation
Use the Kanban Replenishment Order Consolidation scheduled process to trigger replenishment orders for Kanban cards in the Awaiting Consolidation status.
When to Use
Kanban Replenishment Order Consolidation triggers creation of the replenishment documents, Purchase Order, Transfer Order, or Movement requests based on the source type in the pull sequence. This is recommended when a single replenishment document with multiple lines open for each Kanban replenishment of the Kanban card needs to be created.
Privileges Required
One of the following privileges is required:
- Manage Pull Sequences (WIS_MANAGE_PULL_SEQUENCES _PRIV)
- Manage Kanban Cards (WIS_MANAGE_KANBAN_CARDS_PRIV)

| Time of Day | Normally at the start and/or the end of the day. |
| Duration | Variable, depends on the number of Kanban cards processed and the number of new order lines created since the last time you ran the scheduled process. |
| Compatibility | There should be only one instance of the job running at any time, and there’s no current functional need to run multiple instances of this process simultaneously. |

| Consolidation Group | Optional | It's a free text field. If this is populated, only the Kanban cards associated with this consolidation group in the pull sequence will be taken up for creating the replenishment documents. |
Troubleshooting Information
- You can view the status of the refresh forecast operation on the scheduled processes UI.
- The validation errors and warning messages are displayed in the error log.
- Any interactive warning validations aren't performed.
- When the program is submitted, you can Resubmit, Put on Hold, Cancel Process, or Release Process, as provided by the scheduled processes UI.
