Propagate Global Standard Operations

The Assign Global Standard Operation action launches the Propagate Global Standard Operations scheduled process. It assigns a global standard operation created in an item master organization, enabled as a manufacturing plant, to child organizations that are enabled as manufacturing plants. The scheduled process also syncs global standard operation changes, including deleting a global standard operation from child organizations.
