Reference Organization Items in Problem Reports and Corrective Actions
Users can access a reference organization item in a problem report or corrective action when they have the required access to the corresponding item in the definition organization.
For example, if a problem report is created in reference organization REFV1 for an item associated with definition organization V1, a user with the required item permission in V1 can select the REFV1 item as an affected object and update the permitted change-line values. The user must also have the required permissions on the problem report or corrective action.
