Columns
| Name | Datatype | Length | Precision | Not-null | Comments |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| RECORD_ID | NUMBER | 18 | Yes | This is the primary key and its value is an application generated unique id. It is used to uniquely identify the e-record for an ERES transaction. | |
| OBJECT_VERSION_NUMBER | NUMBER | 9 | Yes | Used to implement optimistic locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to detect whether another session has updated the row since it was queried. | |
| ORGANIZATION_ID | NUMBER | 18 | Yes | Unique identifier of Organization and represents the org for which ERES transaction is done. | |
| TRANSACTION_TYPE_CODE | VARCHAR2 | 30 | Identifies the EDR transaction type associated with this electronic record. Source: EDR_TRANSACTION_TYPES_B.TRANSACTION_TYPE_CODE. Values are controlled by EDR transaction type setup and are not free-form text. | ||
| ROOT_TASK_ID | VARCHAR2 | 64 | Identifies the root BPM human task associated with the electronic signature or approval workflow for this electronic record. This is a workflow support reference used to correlate the record with the overall signature task flow. | ||
| IDENTIFICATION_KEY | VARCHAR2 | 100 | Yes | User defined id for the task and the value should be unique across task Namespace and Name. | |
| TASK_OUTCOME | VARCHAR2 | 100 | Stores the final workflow task outcome associated with the electronic record. Source: lookup type ORA_EDR_SIGNATURE_OUTCOME or mapped BPM workflow outcome values. Valid values are defined by ORA_EDR_SIGNATURE_OUTCOME or workflow mapping and represent the final approval, rejection, or other configured outcome captured for the record. This field is workflow outcome evidence and is distinct from the generated XML evidence stored in ERECORD_XML. | ||
| PARENT_KEY | VARCHAR2 | 100 | Identifies the parent transaction record key associated with this electronic record when the record participates in a related parent-child transaction flow. | ||
| PARENT_TRANSACTION_TYPE_CODE | VARCHAR2 | 30 | Identifies the parent EDR transaction type when this electronic record is created as part of a related parent-child transaction flow. Source: EDR transaction type setup. Values are controlled transaction type codes and are not free-form text. | ||
| CHILD_SIGNATURE_TYPE | VARCHAR2 | 20 | Identifies how approval or signature evidence is applied to a related child transaction. Source: lookup type ORA_EDR_CHILD_SIGNATURE_TYPE. Valid values are defined by ORA_EDR_CHILD_SIGNATURE_TYPE and control how child transaction signature behavior or approval stamping is handled in a parent-child related-event flow. | ||
| HAS_RELATED_EVENTS | VARCHAR2 | 1 | Indicates whether this electronic record participates in related parent-child transaction behavior for electronic record or electronic signature processing. Valid values: Y = the transaction has related events; N = the transaction does not have related events. | ||
| FND_ATTACHMENT_ID | NUMBER | 18 | Identifies the FND attachment record associated with the rendered electronic record output or attached document. This field references attachment-based storage or presentation output and should be interpreted separately from the authoritative structured XML evidence stored in ERECORD_XML. | ||
| ERECORD_XML | XMLTYPE | Stores the structured XML evidence payload generated for the electronic record. This is the system-generated XML representation of the electronic record evidence and is distinct from any rendered or attached document referenced through FND_ATTACHMENT_ID. | |||
| REQUEST_ID | NUMBER | 18 | Enterprise Service Scheduler: indicates the request ID of the job that created or last updated the row. | ||
| JOB_DEFINITION_NAME | VARCHAR2 | 100 | Enterprise Service Scheduler: indicates the name of the job that created or last updated the row. | ||
| JOB_DEFINITION_PACKAGE | VARCHAR2 | 900 | Enterprise Service Scheduler: indicates the package name of the job that created or last updated the row. | ||
| TASK_TITLE | VARCHAR2 | 1500 | Stores the BPM task title or display title for the transaction associated with this electronic record. Used for workflow display, reporting, and review context; this field is not the authoritative generated evidence payload. | ||
| TASK_NUMBER | NUMBER | 18 | Stores the BPM task number associated with the electronic record workflow. Used to correlate the electronic record with the generated BPM task for review, approval, or signature processing. | ||
| TASK_DEFINITION_NAME | VARCHAR2 | 200 | Stores the BPM task definition name configured for the workflow task associated with this electronic record. Used to identify the workflow definition that supported review, approval, or signature processing. | ||
| CREATED_BY | VARCHAR2 | 64 | Yes | Who column: indicates the user who created the row. | |
| CREATION_DATE | TIMESTAMP | Yes | Who column: indicates the date and time of the creation of the row. | ||
| LAST_UPDATED_BY | VARCHAR2 | 64 | Yes | Who column: indicates the user who last updated the row. | |
| LAST_UPDATE_DATE | TIMESTAMP | Yes | Who column: indicates the date and time of the last update of the row. | ||
| LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN | VARCHAR2 | 32 | Who column: indicates the session login associated to the user who last updated the row. | ||
| ARCHIVED_FLAG | VARCHAR2 | 1 | Indicates whether the electronic record has entered the archived lifecycle state. Valid values: Y = the electronic record is archived; N = the electronic record is not archived. | ||
| ARCHIVED_BY | VARCHAR2 | 64 | Identifies the user who performed or initiated the archive action for the electronic record. Used with ARCHIVED_DATE and ARCHIVED_FLAG to interpret the archive lifecycle state. | ||
