OAM_IDENTITY_DOMAIN	VARCHAR2	100		Identifies the identity domain associated with the reauthentication evidence captured for the electronic signature task. Used to support audit review of the identity context for the signature event. This column does not store passwords, credential material, authentication secrets, or token secrets.
OAM_REMOTE_USER	VARCHAR2	64		Identifies the user identity associated with the reauthentication evidence captured for the electronic signature task. Used to support audit review of who completed the reauthentication step. This column does not store passwords, credential material, authentication secrets, or token secrets.
STATUS	VARCHAR2	20		Stores the outcome status of the electronic signature task. Source: lookup type ORA_EDR_SIGNATURE_OUTCOME or mapped workflow outcome values. Valid values represent controlled task results, such as approval or rejection, and are not free-form text.
CREATED_BY	VARCHAR2	64	Yes	Who column: indicates the user who created the row.
