Assign Event Roles and Privileges

You need to assign roles and privileges to existing or new user roles so that they can view or manage the hiriging events that they’re part of.

Aggregate Roles

These roles must be assigned to users so that they can use Hiring Events.

• View Recruiting Event (ORA_IRC_VIEW_RECRUITING_EVENT): Allows event team members to view all aspects of the event.
  • They can select the Events tab and view events they're part of as creator or collaborator.
  • They can't perform any action or change events. Actions are hidden.
• Manage Recruiting Event (ORA_IRC_MANAGE_RECRUITING_EVENT): Allows event team members to change all aspects of the event such as dates, locations, and invite candidates to the event.
  • They can select the Events tab and view events they're part of.
  • They can create, and update events they're part of. All event actions are available.

Pre-Screening Question Related Privileges

Grant these privileges to event users so they can add a set of questions to the event registration flow.
