How You Recommend Careers for Your Team Members

As a manager or an HR specialist, you can explore careers and recommend careers to your team members.

You can explore careers only if your organization has migrated to Oracle Fusion Cloud Enhanced Talent Profiles.

Here's how you explore and recommend careers for your team members:

1. Navigate to the Career Development page of your team member.
2. In the Career Outlook section, click Explore Careers.
   You may see some career recommendations in the Recommended Careers Based on Profile Data section of the team member's Explore Careers page. These recommendations are based on your team member's talent profile.
3. If you want to search for other careers, use the search field.
4. Click a career's name to review the career requirements and how well the team member meets the career requirements .
5. To recommend a career, on the career details page, click Recommend.

Results:

You and others who have access to the Career Development page of your team member can view the recommended career in the Recommended careers section.
