Delete a Candidate Job Application

You can use the Delete Job Application action to delete inactive or unconfirmed candidate job applications. Deleted candidate job applications no longer appear in the list of candidate applications but are still available in reports.

Before you start

You need to move the candidate job application to an inactive state for the Delete Job Application action to be available.

Here's what to do

1. Open a job application.
2. In the Actions menu, select Move.
3. Select an inactive state such as Withdrawn by Candidate or Rejected by Employer.
4. Click Save and Close.
5. In the Actions menu, select Delete Job Application.
