Move a Candidate in a Candidate Pool

You move candidates in a candidate pool to progress candidates through the sourcing lifecycle to ensure they're engaged with the organization even if they aren't actively involved in a hiring effort.

1. On the Candidate Pools tab, click a candidate pool.
2. On the Candidates page, select a candidate.
3. In the Actions menu, select Move Candidate.
4. On the Move Candidate page, select a phase and a state.
5. Click Save and Close.
