Configure Sections in Internal Job Application Flows

You can configure which sections in internal job application flows are visible based on legal employer and recruiting type.

You can show or hide these two sections:
  • E-signature
  • Supporting Documents
  1. Activate a sandbox and page editing at the Site layer in Settings and Actions Menu > Edit Pages > Activate a sandbox.
  2. On your Home page, go to My Client Groups > Quick Actions > HCM Experience Design Studio.
  3. Click the Transaction Design Studio tab.
  4. Select the action Recruiting - Apply to Internal Jobs.
  5. Click Add to create and configure a rule to display certain sections.
  6. In the Basic Details section, enter a name and description. You can select a legal employer and a recruiting type to base the visibility of the sections.
  7. In the Show or Hide Regions section, indicate if the Supporting Documents and E-Signature sections are visible or not.
  8. Click Save and Close.
