Define the Scope of Candidate Selection Processes Being Exported

When you want to export setup data for candidate selections processes, you can define the scope of which candidate selection processes you want to export. You can select all candidate selection processes but you can also select specific ones.

Exporting only specific candidate selection processes makes it easier to export only the processes you need to import in another environment.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    1. Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    2. Functional Area: Candidate Job Applications
  2. Click the Actions menu next to Candidate Job Applications and select Export or Export to CSV File > Create New.
  3. On the Export Setup Data to CSV File page, go to the Business Objects section.
  4. In Search field, enter Candidate Selection Process and click the Search icon.
  5. In the Candidate Selection Process: Scope section, click Add to select the candidate selection processes you want to export. You can select one or multiple processes. You can use search parameters to filter the list.
  6. Click Save and Close.

What to do next

While it's possible to export all processes regardless of their status, the import of setup data for candidate selection processes only imports candidate selection processes in the draft status.
