Edit a Geography Hierarchy Structure

You edit the geography hierarchy structure using the Geography Hierarchy Structure task in the Setup and Maintenance work area.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: Geography Hierarchy Structure
  2. On the Geography Hierarchy Structure page, click on a country name.
  3. In the Geography Hierarchy Structure window, select a value for Level 1 and Level 2.
  4. Click OK.

Results:

For some countries, the Not Available value can appear for Level 1 and Level 2. This means that the structure for this country was not defined within the master geography hierarchy. It's also possible that a value appears for Level 1, but Level 2 displays the Not Available value. This means that the structure for this country only includes one level within the master geography hierarchy.
