You can use a digital assistant to interact with HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud by downloading skills available from the Oracle Digital Assistant skill store.

Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting supports Candidate Experience, Internal Candidate Experience, and Hiring Skills.

• The Candidate Experience skill integrates with Oracle Recruiting. It enables candidates to search for jobs, check their job application status, withdraw their job application, or delete their profile.

  Note: The Candidate Experience skill must be hosted in its own digital assistant. It can't be combined with any other skills because it's an external candidate focused skill.

• The Internal Candidate Experience skill integrates with Oracle Recruiting. It enables internal candidates to search for jobs, check their job application status, or withdraw their job application. The Internal Candidate Experience skill can be part of the digital assistant with other skills like Hiring and HCM.

• The Hiring skill integrates with Oracle Recruiting. It enables recruiters and the Hiring Team to check job requisition status, candidate status, and review any pending job offers. The Hiring skill can be combined with other skills like HCM and Approvals, and is part of the HCM Applications Digital Assistant.
