Enable Managers to Initiate a Job Requisition to Direct Reports

To allow managers to initiate a job requisition to direct reports, you need to set up the responsive layout for My Team page.

This is done by enabling these profile options at the Site level:

• HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED
• PER_MY_TEAM_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, click the Tasks icon.
2. Click Search.
3. Search for the task Manage Administrator Profile Values.
4. Click the task name.
5. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for the profile option code HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED.
6. Set the profile value at the Site level to Y.
7. Click Save and Close.
8. Perform the same steps for the profile option PER_MY_TEAM_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED.
