Fields to Complete for Partner Integration Configuration

The tables list the fields you need to fill when configuring an integration partner.

Assessment

Assessment Field	Description
Share Results Across Job Applications	When you select this option, the partner doesn't perform a new assessment for a candidate if results exist from a prior screening done during the validity period.
Validity Period in Days	Period for which the results can be shared. Screening results can be reused if they're not older than the value entered.
Reference Key	This key is separate for each instance. The partner provides a separate reference key for the customer's test instance and for the production instance. Note: There must be no space in the reference key.
Client ID	Client ID provided by the partner. Used with the Client Secret to get the OAuth token.
Client Secret	Client Secret provided by the partner. Used with Client ID to get the OAuth token.

Background Check

Background Check Field	Description
Share Results Across Job Applications	When you select this option, the partner doesn't perform a new background check for a candidate if results exist from a prior screening.
Capture PII Data from Partner	When you select this option, partners can send back the National Identifier and date of birth.
Send PII Data to Partner	When you select this option, the National Identifier and date of birth are sent to background check partners.

Tax Credit

Tax Credit Field	Description
Share Results Across Job Applications	When you select this option, the partner doesn't perform a new tax credit screening for a candidate if results exist from a prior screening.
Send PII Data to Partner	When you select this option, the National Identifier and date of birth are sent to tax credit screening partners.

Client ID	Client ID provided by the partner.
Client Secret	Client Secret.
Language	List of supported languages.

Profile Import - Social Media
