Import and Export Selected Career Sites

You can share your career site settings with others by exporting the career sites to zip files. You can then import the career sites you've exported.

You can import one or more career site settings to a new site.
Note: Oracle also has template design files that you can import and use as a starting place to help you design your company's career site. Use the link in Did you know section located at the bottom of the Career Site Look and Feel Configuration page to view the available template design files.
  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Candidate Experience
  2. In the Actions menu next to Career Sites Configuration, select Export to CSV File > Create New.
  3. In the Show drop-down list, select Scope Enabled.
  4. Click Save and Close.
  5. Repeat the steps above until you've added all of the sites you want to export.
  6. Click Submit.

Results:

Depending on how many career sites you're exporting, it may take 5-10 minutes before the file is ready to download. You can check the status of the export from the Actions menu. Once complete, you'll receive a link to download the file.

What to do next

You can also import a file of career sites to import into your environment by selecting the Import from CSV File action.
