Data Used for Career Ambassador Suggestions

To suggest suitable career ambassadors for a person, the person's profile is compared with the job model profile attributes of their careers of interest or current job title.

Gaps are identified both for their current career and careers of interest. Persons with skills or competencies who can help the employee close the gaps and who have volunteered to be career ambassadors are identified as career ambassadors. To get good career ambassador suggestions, employees need to complete their person profile and administrators need to set up comprehensive job model profiles.
