How can I enable editing completed development goals

You can allow employees in your organization to edit completed development goals.

To allow this, you need to set the Completed Goal Edit Option feature to Reopen or Always open.

To configure features available in the Career Development work area, go to Setup and Maintenance, and then from the Actions menu, select Offerings. Then select these parameters:

• Offering: Workforce Development
• Functional Area: Career Development

To delete the goal, edit the goal and change its status to In Progress or Not Started. Then click Delete to delete the goal.
