How can I prevent facilitators from viewing the potential assessments of member of the review population?

As administrators, you can use Page Composer to hide the View Potential Assessment action on the Talent Review dashboard.

Note that hiding the View Potential Assessment action won't impact reviewers. They can view potential assessments of their team members and submit ratings.
