Link Catalog Learning to a Noncatalog Request and Activate the Learning Assignment

After requested learning gets added to the Oracle Learning catalog, you can link it to the relevant noncatalog requests and active the learning assignments. Use the Learning Assignments task on the My Client Groups > Learning page.

  1. On the Learning Assignments page, search for and select the noncatalog learning request. The requested learning item should have a status of Request Approved.
  2. On the Change Status menu, select Activate Assignment.
  3. On the Enrollment Details page, select the course to link to the request.
  4. Click Done.

    The learner requests that had a status of Pending Fulfillment are now mapped to the learning catalog course. Their learning statuses were updated to Active Not Started, and they can start the learning.
