Request Noncatalog Learning

You can ask your learning department to add learning to the catalog that's not already part of it. For example, there’s new technology training that you think would be good for people in your job. Use the Request Noncatalog Learning action on the My Learning Experiences page.

After you submit your request, you can see the noncatalog learning on that same page with a status of Requested. After your request is approved, you get an informational notification and the learning status changes to Pending Fulfillment. You can edit or withdraw the request any time before it's fulfilled.

When the learning department decides it's relevant, they create the requested learning, add it to the learning catalog, and assign you the learning. On your My Learning Experiences page, the assignment status moves from Pending Fulfillment to Active Not Started. You can now start the learning. After you finish the learning, it's marked Completed.
