What Happens When an Oracle Learning Assignment Gets Reactivated

Reconciliation can withdraw the learning assignments for people who no longer meet the initiative learner criteria. If someone later meets the learner criteria again, that learning assignment gets reactivated.

Here's what happens with nonrenewing, first in renewal series, and any successor renewal assignments depending on the reactivation date.

The 1-year validity period for that completed learning starts on January 1, 2023 and ends on January 1, 2024, as shown here. The 30-day renewal period starts December 2, 2023 and the renewal due date is January 1, 2024.
