Administrator's Career Development Work Area

As an administrator or HR specialist, you can manage the development goals of your team members from your Career development work area.

Go to My Client Groups > Career Development and then use any of these tasks:

  • Development Goals: To administer the development goals of your team members

  • Eligibility Profiles: To manage eligibility profiles and use it for mass assigning goals

  • Development Goal Library: To manage development goals library

  • Setup of Development Goals Mass Assignment: To setup a process for assigning development goals to all or selected employees

  • Scheduled Processes for Development Goals: To submit the mass assign goals process and review the process results

Development Goals

To administer the development goals, you can use the Development Goals task and do any of these actions:

  • Search for development goals by employee, manager, department, legal employer, business unit, location, or goal status.

  • In the Filters region, click the Personalize Filters icon to personalize the search for yourself or for others.

  • Sort goals by oldest or latest date and alphabetically.

  • Review the goal details in drill down or inline mode based on how development goals are configured.

  • Delete one or more development goals.
