Talent Profiles

Profile types are either person or model profile types and define the data to be captured by instances of the relevant type.

Profile test Types

The Person Profile Type maintains the definition of the person talent profile necessary for tracking employee’s skills, qualities, and qualifications. The Model Profile Types maintain the definition of the workforce structures necessary for tracking targeted and required skills, qualities, and qualifications.

Configuring Profile Types

Use the Profile Types task in the Profiles work area to configure a profile type and add content sections based on the predefined templates to the Person and/or Model Profile Types.
