Configure Mass Assignment Process for Performance Goals

You configure the mass assignment process on the Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing page.

To navigate to the Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing page, go to My Client Groups > Goals > Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing.

  1. On the Setup of Performance Goals Mass Assignment and Mass Sharing page, click Add
  2. Select the process type as Mass assign goals.
  3. Specify these details:
    • A unique mass assignment process name

    • Review period

    • Goal Plan

      Note: If an active primary goal plan exists for the review period, it's selected by default. You can't select another goal plan
    • The requester name if you're creating the process for a manager. Select the assignees after you specify a requester.

  4. Add eligibility profiles to restrict the goal assignment to employees who conform to the added eligibility profiles.
    Note: You can't specify eligibility profiles when you select a requester.
  5. In the Included Workers section, add employees who you want to assign the performance goals to.
    Note: You can't see the Included Workers section when you select a requester and specify that you want the goals to be assigned to only persons who report to the requester.
  6. In the Goals section, if you haven't added a requester, add existing library goals or create goals. When you add a requester, you can select and add the requester's goals.
  7. Click Save and Close.

After creating a mass assignment request, you need to schedule the mass assignment process.
