How Performance Documents Work with Profiles

During a performance evaluation, the line manager or worker can evaluate the competencies in a performance document. When the performance document is complete the worker's person profile updates to reflect competency proficiency levels in the performance document.

This figure shows that you can populate the performance document with competencies from the performance template, if it contains competencies, from model profiles, from worker profiles, or from the Content Library. When the performance document is completed, the competencies are updated in the worker profile.
