Create a Gig Using Opportunity Marketplace

You can create a gig in Opportunity Markeplace. Gigs are short-term, temporary assignments that let employees make use of or gain skills that they may not use in their current role.

Gigs help employees improve the skills they already have, or gain skills they want to have.

  1. Navigate to Me > Quick Actions > Show More > Opportunity Marketplace.
  2. Click Create, and then click Gig.
  3. Enter the required information for each section.
  4. If your organization enabled Dynamic Skills, you can associate skills related to this gig. You will be provided with AI recommendations for related skills based on the gig title and description you entered. You can also type and search to find the skills you want to add to this gig.
  5. Click Save and Close if you need to finish later, or Publish if you're ready to make this gig available for candidates to find in Opportunity Marketplace.

Results:

Once published, the gig is immediately available for candidates to find and apply to.
