As an application implementor, you need to configure some goal settings before anyone can work with worker goals.

Use the Define Worker Goal Setting task in the Setup and Maintenance work area to define these objects related to worker goals:

• Lookups

• Value sets

• Descriptive flexfields

• Profile option values

• Notification settings

• Goal library

• Review periods

• Goal plans
